Im 27, British and married to a wonderful man (Josh) who is in the US Air Force. I have Bipolar 1 disorder, which is the primary reason for this blog, to document what its really like to suffer from
this illness. I also like to use it to keep a bit of a record of where i am, because i dont always remember things so well. Im a strong advocate of both Awareness for those with mental illnesses and
the act of reclaiming negative terminology (hence the name of this blog!). Aside from that, i love cats (especially my gorgeous Charlie), im a practicing Wiccan and am amateur photographer. Anything
